At Cuffs N Lashes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul; if your products arrive damaged or incorrect, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Upload clear photos of the product and packaging; our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, place the items in their original boxes and ensure they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Pickup and Refund

  Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and your refund or exchange will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
